Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] ("ZOMAGS", "we") for using www.zomags.com, the ZOMAGS Marketplace and the ZOMAGS platform software. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use ZOMAGS for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.

1. Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@zomags.com if you think someone else has used it.

2. Plans

• You need a plan to install ZOMAGS. Plans run for the period shown on the pricing page, with the limits shown there (such as the number of organizations and tenants).
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only; you are charged in rupees.
• The Basic plan is free. Paid plans open when online payments launch; their payment terms, taxes and renewal will be shown before you buy.
• We may change plans and prices. A change applies from your next plan period, and we'll tell you before it does.

3. The software on your server

• While your plan is active, you may install and use the ZOMAGS platform on servers you control, within your plan's limits.
• You're responsible for your server: keeping it secure and up to date, backing up your data, and the data you put in it.
• Don't copy, resell or redistribute the software, remove its licence checks, or try to get around your plan's limits.
• We may release updates. Some features or plugins may need a recent version.

4. Plugins from vendors

• Most plugins are made by independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for its plugin and for supporting it.
• We scan and review plugin packages before listing them, but we can't promise a plugin is free of faults.
• Vendors who sell on the marketplace agree to separate vendor terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ZOMAGS to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to attack or overload our service or anyone else's.

6. Availability and warranty

We work to keep the marketplace and our services available, but we don't promise they will always be. The software is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data on your server. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

8. Ending the agreement

• You can stop using ZOMAGS at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you time to fix it.
• Without an active plan you can't connect a new installation or reconnect an existing one.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell account holders by email about important changes.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have jurisdiction.
